2020 Volkswagen Jetta

Freshly redesigned, the seventh generation of the Volkswagen Jetta is entering its second year in 2020. This new, completely redesigned Jetta now offers an even bolder design. It’s also more sophisticated than before.

The 2020 Jetta has a longer wheelbase, is wider and has a shorter front overhang, which gives it a more elegant, but athletic look.

This new design also allows for even more interior space, thanks in part to Volkswagen’s superb modular transverse platform (MQB). Indeed, the 2020 Volkswagen Jetta has more head, knee and shoulder room than the previous generation.

With its 1.4-litre turbocharged inline 4-cylinder engine developing 147 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque, the 2020 Volkswagen Jetta is one of the most powerful compact sedans on the market and one of the few compact sedans available with a six-speed manual gearbox. In terms of fuel consumption, the Jetta shines just as well with its average fuel consumption rating of 5.9 L/100 km.
